In His resurrection on that first Easter, Jesus defeated the final enemy of death...and made a way for all who believe to have eternal life.

Jesus is our sure and confident hope … our anchor in the midst of a tumultuous sea.

I admit that I deserve death and hell, what of it? For I know One who suffered and made satisfaction on my behalf. His name is Jesus Christ.

Jesus kept His eye on the prize – all the way through all the suffering and death on the cross – and the prize is our souls.

God moved on behalf of His people and God is still moving and battling on behalf of His people.

He conveys God’s Gospel message, loud and clear: that we cannot save ourselves and that we need Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Rejoice that God love you!  Give thanks to Him for His willful sacrifice of His life to give you eternal life.

We don’t understand why bad things happen but we do know that God uses all things – good and bad – for the good of those who believe in Him.

We can be sure that NOTHING can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Jesus wants you to fix your eyes on Him, not on the storms of this life.

Jesus gave up His throne in heaven to become one of us.  He suffered excruciating agony and gave up His life for us, and in our place.

Only in prayer can we transfer our sorrows onto Christ.  And only in prayer can God provide us with His comfort and peace.

He DIED for us – in our place.  It should be you and me on that cross for our sins.

Jesus overwhelmingly defeated all sin, death, and the devil in His completed work of salvation.

Once you’ve experienced God’s love for you ... there really is no going back.

Only Jesus is both fully God and fully human. Only Jesus is capable of redeeming all of mankind through His willful sacrifice on the cross.

Our God is truly an ever-present help in our time of need – whether we know that we need His help or not.

On the Last Day, believers will no longer be called “sinner-saints,” but will instead just be called “SAINTS.”

In times like pandemics and social unrest, people are much more scared. It's good in these difficult times to turn to God in prayer.

Learning about the heartrending backdrop for this hymn changed the way I hear it and actually made it a much more powerful Gospel message.

The biggest blessing that God has freely given to us, is the willful sacrifice of His only Son, Jesus Christ.

The greatest way that we could ever show Christ’s love to our neighbors would be to share this great news and God’s love with everyone.

Jesus – out of His abundant and everlasting love for us all – took all our sin onto Himself, and emptied the cup of God’s wrath.

There is no sin bigger than God’s love for you.  And know that NOTHING can separate you from God’s love!
